Thank you for visiting my DonorsChoose classroom page. My school is located in a city and about 3/4 of our population is considered low income. We have a diverse population of learners including gifted learners and special needs children. I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade math. I believe that any child can learn, so I push each and every one of them to do their absolute best in math. I also believe in learning from our mistakes. Mistakes happen and they don't define us. I want my kids to feel comfortable making and learning form mistakes. We all make them, but the most important part is what do we do with them. My kids hopefully know that I am there for them every step of the way, to support and guide them. I appreciate you taking the time to look at my projects and possibly donate today.
