Center Materials
Funded Nov 4, 2021Thank you so much for the new supplies. We have used them for a variety of fun center activities. With the ABC sponges students were able to practice spelling their names. We have also used the ABC sponges for fun writing activities! The ice cream scoop game was a big hit during centers. The kids loved opening up their own ice cream shop and counting out the scoops of ice cream. Finally the kids have used the tactile pillows in a variety of different ways. They use them for comfort while reading in the library and have used them for decorating in the house center. Thank you again for the new center materials!”

Funded Sep 16, 2021Thank you so much for your support. The students were so excited for the materials! We use the drying rack almost everyday! Before artwork would be scattered across the room while we waited for it to dry. Now the room is a lot more organized with the drying rack, and artwork doesn't get ruined or misplaced before it drys.
Last week we had a chance to use the new alphabet stamps. The kids have been working so hard on learning their names. They loved using the big stamps as another way to spell their name. The size of the stamps really helped them to find the letters in their name. Thank you again for providing new exciting materials for the students in my classroom.”

Funded Jul 27, 2020Thank you so much for your support. Myself and the students in my room really appreciate it. With your donations I was able to send some basic supplies home to help with remote learning. The students were so excited when they were able to use play dough at math! These supplies have helped to do some hands on learning in kindergarten.
When we started doing independent reading the kids were so excited to have books in their hands to explore. Each day they tell me about all the different things they read about. It is great for them to have a book bag as another resource.
When we are back in the classroom the book boxes and bins will be great for individual supplies. Students will love having a space to keep all of their books and supplies. Thank you again for supporting my classroom!”

Individual Supplies
Funded Aug 4, 2020Thank you so much for your support. Myself and the students in my room really appreciate it. With your donations I was able to send some basic supplies home to help with remote learning. Each month my team has been sending home some supplies to support online learning. The envelopes and Ziploc bags have been very helpful to send supplies home. With the computer ink and card stock I have been able to print out resources to either send home or use during our zoom meetings.
When we are back in the classroom the masks, hand sanitizer, and tissues will be very helpful to keep us all safe. Thank you again for supporting my classroom!”

Funded Oct 15, 2015Thank you for your donations. When the big box arrived the students were very excited to know what new thing we had for the classroom. This math shelf helped to organize all of the math materials within the room. Before the math supplies were all squished on a shelf making it hard for students to find things. Now the supplies can be displayed so that students can easily reach the materials they need to complete a math activity. This shelf had so much space that it can also be used to store some of the student's art supplies. They have loved having more supplies out to complete their projects. Thank you again!”

Classroom Library
Funded Aug 11, 2015Thank you very much for your donations so that I could start my classroom library. This bookcase has been a great start to setting up a reading spot for my students. Last year my books were up on a shelf that was hard for student's to access. This bookcase made it so they could have their own separate space to sit and read.
At the end of each day we have center time where student's get to pick a play activity. Each day I have the library open as a choice to them. Student's are so excited to choose this center and to go look at books with each other. As the year has progressed they have started to play school in the library having one student try to read to the other ones. This space has also been used when student's have needed a break or to calm down. As the year progresses I can't wait to continue the project with adding a rug and making it a comfortable spot to rest and read a story.
Currently we are learning about nonfiction texts and student's are loving learning all kinds of different facts about animals. Our next step in the library is to change over the books to nonfiction texts were they can explore and learn more about animals. Thank you again for helping my classroom to begin to setup a classroom library.”
