All of the materials that I use within my classroom are created to provide students with hands-on, interactive and engaging experiences for every student. I provide my students with center-based learning so they are able to move around the classroom and experience multisensory approaches to learning. Unfortunately, the laminator at my school does not always work. Because of this I am unable to laminate the activities that the students participate in. This causes a great amount of wear and tear on the many activities I provide for my students. A laminator and pouches will allow me to provide my present and future students with materials that will stand the test of time and will also cut back on the amount of paper that I will need to use to re-create any activities that are ruined.
