  • Multi-Sensory Tool

    Funded Jan 8, 2021

My students has had a very difficult year due to the pandemic. They had to cope with so many changes, and spend multiple hours on their devices in order to complete assignments. Thankfully, we are back in school full time, but there are so many missing skills that needs to be mastered. Students with special needs always benefit from hands on activities.

So many of my students haven't memorized their math facts, and the Power Pens and Learning Cards and such a good practice tool. They love the last 15 minutes of their services, because we spend the time using the cards. They think that the Power Pen the coolest thing since it beeps and gives them feedback.

I have students in all grade levels, and at first I thought that the older kids might not like it. To my surprise they are actually looking forward to it more than my younger students. We usually spend Fridays on skill practice for my 6th graders, and the Power Pen and Learning Cards are an absolute treat!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Brown

  • At-Risk Students and Their Teacher Need Help to Learn Safely

    Funded Sep 17, 2020

There are no words to express my gratitude for your generosity. I'm so grateful for having supporters like you who believe in what we do as educators. Having the right equipments help me access teaching materials easily, and eliminates some of my daily frustrations.

Sharing my screen and using digital white board is so much easier, and wireless mouse and keyboard helps me create digital document in no time. I spend less time trying to figure out how to write on my laptop's touch pad. Instead, I use the mouse to create pictures and write math equations.

My students are definitely benefitting since I can switch back and forth with ease and minimal complications.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Brown
