My students are wonderful, they make myself and the rest of the staff laugh every day. They are kind and silly and when you believe in them they show you how smart they are. They happen to be in special education. The focus of the class is in teaching communication to students that have limited to no spoken communication. We use augmentative and alternative communication as a means for them to use expressive language. Our class and students and program are incredibly special and your donation helps us educate students that are often left behind.
