Students will use the headphones daily to complete reading activities on the computer. Having the headphones will help to prepare the students for the state testing setting. I have students in my class that have hyperactivity disorder (ADD). I feel that if they can close out noises around them than they will be able to focus and achieve at a higher level. We use the computers in centers and the computer talks on most activities. The headphones will help with focus and listening skills to prepare for testing. My students need quietness when reading to comprehend what they are reading. This project will ready help my students to achieve and build their self esteem with reading. Reading is the key to success!!! Please, help my students be successful!
