My students are seventh and eighth grade graders who love music, friends, and dream of being professional athletes, lawyers, and business owners. The backgrounds of my students are very diverse. The zoning for my school covers very rural and low income areas, as well as affluent sections of the community. The interest levels of the kids range from hunting and fishing, to BMX biking. While their backgrounds may be very different from each other, there is a strong sense of community among the students. They pull together as a team to work for things they want and they love a good challenge!
