Learning Is Free ... the Printing Got Tricky.
Funded Jan 27, 2024We can express our gratitude for your generosity.
A working printer opens the doors to many different activities in the classroom. From crafts to academic work, we have the opportunity to have fun and print important classroom tools like personal charts, checklists, word wall words, visual aids, and other resources.
Our new printer has also allowed us to print materials for whole group and small group instruction. Now, we have some new fun activities we just had the chance to have because of our printing limitations.
Our classroom is a more diverse and accessible place for learning because of your generous collaboration.
Thank you so much for all your help.
Sincerely,
Class 123”

All the Learning and Sharing Without the Mess
Funded Jan 27, 2023I wish you had seen the children's faces when they received the boards! They could not believe their luck. We spent a few minutes exploring the boards and learning to use them and then got to do some pleasant spelling activities. For the first time, no one was scrambling to find a marker that was not drying out or a tissue to erase; there were no mystery mustaches or manicures that " just happened." All I got was smiling and engaged students who were grateful to have new working materials that not only made everything more accessible but much more fun and engaging.
These little moments are some of the most important ones; we are giving children the message, " you matter, your education matter," and you were an active part of this moment.
I can't thank you enough for making this happen.”

Flexible Seating for Flexible Learning
Funded Nov 22, 2019I wish you would have had the chance to see my student's faces once our package arrived. The sheer joy and excitement were priceless. They all wanted to begin using their new seating arrangements immediately and could not wait to start their reading workshop to do their independent reading using their unique chairs.
It is interesting how simple tools make a difference in everyday routines. Somehow, our classroom has become more prominent, more engaging, and exciting. Our class is now a place with more sensible accommodations for our students' learning process.
You made this possible. Your generosity has turned into more fun reading time, small group sharing sessions in different classroom spots.
Every day, we get the chance to use these tools; every day, students look forward to doing their work. Every day has become a better learning day because of you.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Talbot
Welcome to Our Class
Funded Aug 23, 2015We have been in school for a little over a month and I can already see much academic and personal growth in the classroom. This could not be possible if it wasn't for your generous help. Some times we give little things in life for granted, some times we forget how important and life changing a notebook can be.
When you helped us to purchase these notebooks, pencils, folders etc you gave us so much more than you can imagine. You gave us an opportunity to grow to be our very best and to reach for the stars.
Thank you for being an active part of our education.”

We Love Reading En Español!
Funded Mar 10, 2015We are thrilled with our new Spanish books. Your generosity had made reading time so much more fun and interesting. Our class is definitely enjoying the new books and their Spanish reading stamina has increased notably.
We are working hard towards our reading and vocabulary building. During read aloud, students are trilled to listen to new and familiar stories. This increase on motivation has lead to a bigger interest on learning new words and sharing ideas about the books during class time.
We have nothing but an intense gratitude towards you.
Sincerely,
Class 123”

Reading in the languages we love!
Funded Aug 22, 2014I have nothing but an intense gratitude for your great generosity. Your donations have made easier for me to give each student a more wholesome environment which will definitely boost student interest and love for their classroom.
My students are so happy with their new bookshelf, they love to go explore and discover new Spanish books. They appreciate that now they have a library they can go to, independently.
For me as a teacher, this library means a more organized and coherent classroom. Now I can let my students explore their library without worrying about them choosing the wrong books. Now we have a system that works, and my students love to care and use our new Spanish library.
This wouldn't be possible without you.
From the bottom of our hearts... Muchas Gracias!”

Mrs. Talbot
