Our school is an alternative public high school, specifically serving recently arrived immigrant and refugee students. Our diverse student population includes students from over 30 countries, speaking 29 different languages. Every teacher at our school incorporates language learning into their curriculum in order to help our students learn English. Our students become active participants in our community while learning in small groups through hands-on, interdisciplinary projects and collaboration.
