During Remote Learning, it is even more important than ever to keep strong connections with our kids and expressing ourselves through art is a GREAT way to do that! This classroom project was brought to life by The DonorsChoose 20th Anniversary Fund and 99 other donors.

Last Spring, during distance learning, we managed to do some art projects together without using many art materials. But I know our curriculum could be so much more rich and fulfilling with some basic art supplies for each student to have at their home. With these basic art materials for each student, we will be able to continue making beautiful art together which will help make their distance learning not feel so distant. Expressing ourselves through art is more important than ever. Please help my students be able to continue learning about themselves and the world by making art with their classmates even though we have to be away from each other right now. Virtual learning can be rich and meaningful if we supply our kids with the basic materials they need. Thank you for your support during this difficult time!
