My students are in a Title 1 school, where 100% of them receive free lunch, due to low income levels. Many of them do not have access to technology out of school. However, they really do enjoy technology and need these skills to be job ready. Lego robotics will enable my students to get the hands-on experience that they lack in areas such as programming, building and design. My students need a way to connect what they are learning academically, in class, to the real world.
