Wouldn't it be fantastic to be able to teach young students how to work as a team? I teach 3rd grade at a Title 1 funded charter school in Michigan. Many of our students qualify for free and reduced lunches. It seems in education that these students are quickly labeled for failure. I want to change that belief by empowering my students to be successful in life through teaching them not only about academics but about how to work in a team.
