  • Best Track Season Ever

    Thank you for your generosity. We are seeing the dividends that pay off when athletes are provided with the necessary equipment for success. The parachutes are making us faster, the carrying cases for shots and discs are keeping us safer, and the mini hurdles and jump ropes are allowing us to jump higher.

    The students were super excited at the new gear, and especially the parachutes have been a big hit with the athletes. These new parachutes allow us to add more than one at a time to an athlete to provide an even better workout experience. Thanks again for your support of student-athletes.”

  • Home Cross Country Invite

    Funded Sep 1, 2023

    You helped make our home invite a tremendous success. Our boys team won their first trophy in years, which added to the excitement. The folding table provided a place for the trophies to be placed, along with the medals and ribbons provided by this fundraiser.

    The walkie-talkies and megaphone allowed the coaches to organize the meet in a safer manner, and the sand bags kept the shade tent from blowing away. The same could not be said for some of the other teams:(.

    Lastly, the food and powdered electrolyte formula were big hits with our team and the visitors. The foam rollers also were greatly appreciated, because our team has grown in size and now we don't have to share these tools.”

  • Summer Running Motivation and Shade

    Funded May 9, 2023

    We are running during an unprecedented heat wave, and your donations have allowed us to continue practicing during these trying times. The shade tent provides us respite from the heat, as do the cooling towels.

    Moreover, the foam rollers have significantly reduced the aches and pains associated with long distance running. We have enough for runners to share these important tools, and learn best habits that will enable them to become lifelong runners.

  • Cross Country Excellence

    Funded Jan 24, 2023

    We received the resources that you helped us fund, and we are so grateful. Temperatures where we live can regularly reach above 100 degrees in July and August and the bucket of cooling towels will keep us safe while we train to reach the Cross Country State Championships for the second year in a row.

    When the students saw the medals they were super excited at the prospect of running 100 miles on their own in the summer in order to earn one of these awards. And the foam rollers that you got us will keep our legs fresh so we can run even more during the regular season.

    This was our first donorschoose fundraiser where we live, and you have given us the confidence that we can continue to improve our program with this technique. We are hoping to use the website to also get bags, shade tents, water bottles, and other important items for the success of our team. Thank you for helping us, and your donation will go a long way towards improving the health, performance, and safety of the athletes.”
