Let me start by saying, THANK YOU!!!! LaGuardia High School students, especially seniors, have benefited immensely from your support. Your generosity ensured that, as counselors and college mentors, we were equipped with the necessary tools to provide support to our students through informed conversations. As you know, the college research, application, and final decision-making processes is a momentous task for students and their families. The LaGuardia counselors and college mentors were happy to have the necessary tools to support students and their families.

Acceptances are rolling in!! Students own their choices and are pleased with their results. They come in with excitement about their options and are making informed decisions about financing their education. Parents have expressed gratitude for the information provided and felt comfortable asking questions to better support their child.

Our work continues with juniors who are at the early stages of their college process. Counselors and college mentors meet 1:1 with juniors to help build lists and support their research process. We will continue to use the resources provided to help LaGuardia students and families make smart college decisions.
