My students come from a wide variety of backgrounds. They often do not have books at home, and enter the year at a deficit in reading. By the end of the year, I want to have 100 percent of my student reading at or above grade level. These books in Donor Choose will help my students attain this goal. With these books in Guided reading, I have enthusiastic readers who can't wait for their next time to be invited back to reading group. This is a great investment by the donors to my classroom.
