Thank you so very much for this much needed shot in the arm of supplies for our students. Paper, spirals and pens seem may seem basic, but they are more than our students can afford due to the rising costs of food and housing. You have given a lift to students to make it through the spring semester and to graduation. We appreciate the help and for your generosity. Thank you for being a part of our educational family!”
Thank you so much for supporting this important on going project. The kids are developing a love of birding and they are building a green space that supports so many different kinds of living things despite all the concrete. We truly appreciate the help and support in reaching our goal of birding and wildlife.”
WOW we are feeling the love of our educational community today! What a fantastic Valentine's surprise and infusion of much needed hygiene help for our students. We continue to find ways to not turn away any student in need thanks to donors like you. We appreciate the support and you caring about our students so very much! Thank you!”
Thank you so very much for helping us to keep food in our pantry inside the school and the emergency tiny pantry right outside for after hours. Food is so expensive right now and our community is really hurting for basic food staples.
You have helped us to keep some necessities to keep our families going on lean weeks and to keep hope coming through our doors. We appreciate your generosity and allowing our leadership class to continue to supplement food drives and other donations in the community.
Thank you!”

Thank you so very much for investing in our student leaders and caring about our students. We are in great need of basic hygiene supplies and we do not want to turn any student away that needs help.
Our student leaders express a tremendous amount of empathy for others in maintaining our Helping Hands pantries for any student on campus who might be in need. We are working to end the shame of need on campus and to allow students to just focus on the academics and graduation.
You have given us the gift of work and care. We appreciate the help!”
Thank you so very much for supporting our Global Community Garden that helps to feed our families at school. Our seedlings are growing and we are learning about all the winter vegetables. We have battled our fair share of insects, squirrels and other things that roam around in the night to eat our garden! As they say, if something isn't eating your garden, you probably aren't doing it right!
Our students love to tend the garden and have very much enjoyed watching it grow. We have made several harvests so far and hope to make a few more. Thank you for giving us the gift of learning!”
WOW! Our shirts have made an immediate impact and we are so happy to wear them!!! We have had two work weeks with them and the students could not be more proud. Many staff members and community members have commented on the message and they have been met with support at every moment.
Thank you so much for your support and for helping us to be the best leaders that we possibly can. Our students wear our shirts often and we are working hard to make our community a better place. We appreciate your continued support and will do our best.”
Wow what an amazing surprise for a Wednesday morning! Thank you so very much for giving my students the gift of books and practical knowledge for their garden. We love our garden and these books will guide the students through their journey this spring to learn how to dive in and grow their own food and be able to donate to those families at our school that need it. We appreciate your help!”

Thank you so very much for helping this project come to life and for helping our students. Our leadership students take great pride in continuing to maintain our emergency pantries and were absolutely energized by this donation of items for the spring semester. Our need is great, but our spirit is greater. You have helped us to learn to lead and to ask for help when needed. These are very important lessons to learn and our students are better off for the experience. Thank you again for helping us on all points and we appreciate your kindness.”
Thank you so much for supporting us in this exciting opportunity to practice true citizen to citizen diplomacy through celebration. Our students will not forget this experience or opportunity that you have helped to enhance. Thank you so much for giving us the gift of educational experience and the environment to create global friendships.”

My students range in age from 13-18 and come from varied backgrounds. Our school has a global studies program which includes a leadership class and service learning based club. We have over 100 students involved in our globally minded projects and units of study. Many of my students do not have the means to travel more than 30 minutes from their homes and the only exposure they have to the international community comes in the form of social media. My students have participated in cultural exchanges with students from China, Japan, Brazil, and South Korea thus far due in part to the funding received on Donorschoose.org. My students are the next generation of leaders, diplomats and ambassadors for their community. Please continue to support their efforts to grow, learn, challenge, understand the become global citizens.
