My plan is to use this classroom rug for small group reading while still socially distancing. We will be woking on various novel studies this year and a soft, clean, alternative space other than a desk is an ideal place for reading. I also use a classroom rug as a calming, safe space when a student gets overwhelmed with emotion or frustrated and needs to calm themselves. The floor in my classroom is all tile so a large rug gives the room a softer and warmer feel. Thank you very much for any donations.
