Printer Help
Funded Sep 11, 2021I teach fourth grade at a diverse school in New York. My students come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and speak many different languages.
My classroom has not had a printer since COVID has begun. The Learning Bridges program came in and broke the printer that my students used all the time to print their projects, pictures, etc. to share with other students and their families. Without having a printer in my room it limited what my students were able to produce.
Thanks to your donation the printer is used daily (multiple times a day) to print worksheets, reports, etc for both in class use as well as homework. It is also useful in that we use it for my students to print their projects and other things to share with their classmates and families.”
With gratitude,

Document Camera Fun
Funded Dec 28, 2021Thank you so much for your donation to provide a document camera for my students, as well as ink for our printers. My students are teach fourth graders at a diverse school in New York. The students come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and speak many different language.
The printer in my classroom has not had a printer ink since COVID has begun. Through your donations we were able to receive ink for the printer that the students use to print their projects, pictures, etc. They then use these printed projects to share with other students and their families.
Thanks to your donations we also received a document camera. The document camera allows the students to present their completed work to the rest of the class. It also allows me to display lessons to the entire class at one time to keep the students actively engaged in the lesson.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Pensabene
