I teach the gifted and talented class. If they are given a project, they go above and beyond what is assigned if they are given the opportunity to be creative in their approach. Our school does have Title One services. I have students that have great potential because of their intellect, but fail to have the resources available to them due to their economic status. I want to provide this opportunity for them in the classroom.
