I teach at a marvelous school. We are a K-8 school with wonderful teachers and students. I teach in a gifted cluster classroom where children love to learn, and are always eager to be challenged. I want to be able to offer them lots of choice, skill practice, differentiation and enrichment. I am hoping to open up a whole new world for the students by asking for an iPad for them to use during class. The possibilities for the classroom are endless. While there are many classrooms out there with current technology, there are many without it too. Although it is only one, we must start somewhere. I feel that with this technology in the classroom students will have the opportunity to work on different things at different levels. This will also help students realize their potential in other ways. It would allow exposure to learning through technology that some children may not have.
