Classrooms are heavily traveled areas and unfortunately carpets within the classroom do not last forever. After a decade of use, our old classroom carpet was discarded. This project is asking for a replacement: a smaller version of the exact classroom carpet that used to be in our classroom. A carpet can transform an area inside of the classroom and instantly make it a more warm and inviting space. A classroom carpet creates a comfortable setting for story-time with enough space for all of the students to gather. It provides a cozy spot for instruction with small groups of students. It also serves as a plush alternative for inside recess instead of sitting on the hard, concrete floor. Thank you for your help in providing a fun, soft place where the students can enjoy sitting and learning!
