I have a class of 28 loving, caring, and very funny 2nd graders. They consider themselves as explorers, mathematicians, scientists, etc... While they are very smart I feel they are behind in their learning partly due to my school's lack of resources. My school is family oriented and honors sports, which is awesome; but being a private parochial school eliminates a lot of outside funding.
