  • A Camera for the Future Learning!

    In this time that we are facing as educators and the challenges in our new distance learning environment, having the right tools means more than anything. I can not thank you enough for what you have done for my students by allowing me to obtain this document camera.

    The comfort that my students have as I work our the math problems using our document camera has no words to explain. Your effort in giving me this changes allows me to be a more effective teacher. The results are clearly show by their improvement in their basic math / science skills. With this great tool I am able to identify my students areas of needs and address it right there like I would if I was back in my classroom.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic. The students in my math class moved from a classroom setting to a virtual setting. As a result, google classroom has been set up where my students go on google meet everyday to work on a Math and Science Live class. But due to this transition I am having difficulties when trying to solve math questions using paper and pencil. I started using several software but they are very slow and sometimes expensive. My students will benefit more from them using a computer camera so we can work on math problems together. It will help us to go on and discuss our math problems effectively as we move into virtual learning. Most of my students are visual learning students and they need support on step by step on how to solve math equations. Thank you in advance for your support to our future mathematicians in the city of Philadelphia. Our students need all the support they can in this hard time and with the right technology together we can motivate them to do better in life.
