• Physical Fitness Fun with Bocce

  Thank you so much for funding this project! Thanks to you--and Mission Tiger!-- our students have been able to enjoy playing bocce. They have a new, fun physical fitness activity to do during the school day. I am grateful for everyone who supported this project, especially Tony the Tiger who provided a match offer that made this project happen even faster.

  Thanks to your support, our students are having fun learning the rules of bocce and practicing their throwing skills, and improving their accuracy. At first, they weren't too sure about this new game, but by the end of the game, there was a lot of excitement and laughter.

  My students and I greatly appreciate your amazing generosity in helping us get this equipment. Thank you so much for helping our students have fun while they improve their physical fitness.”

• Good Sports With Goodminton

  Thank you so much for funding this project! It has been a great addition to our physical fitness options at PE.

  All of the students have had fun hitting the birdies back-and-forth, practicing their accuracy and hitting skills. There was a lot of excitement and laughter the first time they got to play.

• Physical Fitness During Lunch

  I can't thank you enough for finding this project! This has been the most fun project I have ever had funded!

  Our students are loving being able to play the games with their friends on the patio during lunch. I love seeing everyone getting some fresh air, sunshine, and exercise before they go back to class.

  The giant Connect 4 and Jenga are a big hit! Even Deputy Colby and Ms Martin had fun playing.

• Peace Room for Calming and Coping

  I am extremely grateful to everyone who donated to this project to support my students' mental health and social-emotional learning. The Peace Room will create a space where my students can self-regulate in a calming, safe, and supportive space. These last two school years have been anything but normal, and my students need help regulating their bodies and minds so that they can be in a calm and safe state of mind so that their brain can focus at school.

• FLL Teams Need SPIKE Prime Robot Sets

  Funded Jun 25, 2021

  Thank you so much for making this project possible! My students were thrilled to see the new SPIKE Prime robot kits when they arrived. They were excited to have new upgraded robots with better senses to use to complete their FIRST LEGO League competition tasks. These three robot kits will give the students on our FLL teams the chance to learn teamwork, engineering, and programming skills that will be invaluable to them as they move through middle school.

• STEM Makers Need Filament!

  I can't thank you enough for making this project possible! My students and I are extremely grateful for the amazing amount of 3d printer filament. They were thrilled to see all of the various colors that were available for them to use! The 3D printers in our school's Maker Space are always humming, but keeping our students in 3D printing supplies, like PLA filament, can be a challenge! Your support of this project allowed my students to have more hands-on opportunities to print their creations and bring their designs to life.
