Thank you so much for your donation to my project. We have just finished cold and flu season and allergy season is upon us! It is important to keep the room clean and sanitary for each student that comes in and out. We also are constantly creating art projects and fun materials, and we always need to sweep the floors. We are grateful to have our own tools to do this and that we can keep our space clean for both staff and students. Please know that your donation is appreciated and we are so grateful to you!”
Thank you so very much for your generous donations to my project. We appreciate you thinking of our class and students. We have many students who benefit from sensory input and there are so many different ways for that to be implemented. The floor tiles give great visual stimulation and are so fun to look at. The sensory circles are fun to touch with hands or feet and can provide great feedback. I am so happy to be able to provide these to my students. Please know your donation is appreciated and we cannot wait to use these materials!”
I cannot thank you enough for your generous donations. These resources have provided visuals for our students and they are so wonderful. We have some students that are just beginning to learn sign language to communicate and these cards and pictures have been so very helpful. I hope you know that thanks to you, some of our students are starting to develop language. This is so important and you have helped us so much by providing these resources. The pictures are clear and helpful and the magnets are so fun for the students!”
Thank you so very much for your generous donations to my project! We put these projects up in the hope of building a supply of items my students need. We continue a 12-month school year, so our students also attend school in the summer. It is important for them to have the things they need year round, and we are so grateful to be able to provide it for them in the summer months as well! Your donation is greatly appreciated and please be assured that the students will be using these items. Thank you so very much for thinking of us!”

My students are second graders in special education. They are currently in an auditory oral program. This means that each student has a hearing loss and uses an assistive device, such as a hearing aid or cochlear implant.
Due to their hearing loss, each student exhibits delays in meeting typical milestones. As educators in the auditory oral program, it is our job to bridge the gap between their level of functioning and typical milestones.
My students are visual learners and benefit from using visual aids such as posters, pictures and written information. We do our best to make sure we can provide these for our students.
