Giving Every Student What They Need!
Funded Jan 18, 2024Thank you! We want to thank you so much for your generosity. I can't begin to tell you what it means to these kids to have working technology at their finger tips. Again, thank you, and we will send you pictures after we get the headphones to show you what we've done! Our classroom is a better place because of your awesome contribution.”

Funded Jun 24, 2019Thank you so much for your generous donations to my classroom! As you can see, the students are busy using the materials that you supplied for us. We are off to a great start this school year! It means so much to me that such generous and supportive friends would donate to my students and our little classroom in Baltimore City. These basics help us make our learning come to life, keep us on track with the appropriate math tools, and make sure we are organized!
I cannot say enough how much your generosity and abundant giving means to us. We are better learners and better students because of your gifts. Being in public education has major challenges but amazing people like you, who support us, make it just a little easier.
THANK YOU!

Funded Jun 26, 2018Thank you so much for your support and your donations to my first Donor's Choose project! I am eternally grateful to you for your kindness and generosity. It meant so much to me that you made a donation to my class and my students. I couldn't believe how fast the project was funded, thank you!
My project was all about the basic supplies that I need to help my classroom run efficiently and for the fundamental materials to help my students learn. The materials I requested aren't glamorous or exciting, they aren't necessarily super fun to show in pictures but they mean the world to me and my students, and you can see the smiles on their beautiful faces. The folders, pencils, erasers, notebooks, and other supplies have already been put to use and we all enjoy using them every single day! This project was able to save me over $500 which I usually spend out of pocket to get my students these supplies.
Working for an urban school system is my life's work and I am grateful everyday for the privilege to work for the student's and families of Baltimore. I have been teaching here for sixteen years and it is with tremendous gratitude the I accept your very generous gifts and donations for my students. They deserve the best and you have helped to provide that for them. When I use the materials I think of you and the great work that Donor's Choose does to serve school communities. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.”
