  • Dramatic Play in K!

    Funded Jul 2, 2023

Thank you so much for generously giving to this amazing project. I can't wait for the kiddos to start letting their imaginations run wild. The first day of school is tomorrow and these new centers are already set up in the dramatic play area, all ready for them to use their imaginations and cooperatively play together. These centers will help all my students to learn through play. I can not thank you enough for helping me. I am so very grateful, words cannot adequately express my gratitude to you!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Rudzinski

  • “x” Marks the Spot!

    Funded Jun 23, 2023

Every Friday, we reward our students with a treat from the treasure chest as a reward for hard work and good behavior. My kids will be beyond excited to get into the treasure chest next Friday and not believe their eyes when it is opened up and the new prizes revealed! We did give them a sneak preview and They each lingered, trying to decide which treat to choose, and even more motivated to earn another trip there next week. We just wanted to thank you for generously funding this project and bringing a smile to my kindergartners.”

  • Basic Supplies for Kindergarten!

    Funded Aug 3, 2023

I just want to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for helping to support my project just in time for the start of the new school year. As you know, my students are kindergartners, and thus, school is a whole new experience for them. Having these materials for them, however small they might seem, ensures that these students are ready to put their best foot forward and are ready for what the school year brings. Once again, thank you so much for your generosity! We sincerely appreciate you!”

  • We Love Jory John!

    Funded Aug 3, 2023

Thank you so much for providing these social/emotional focused picture books for our classroom. Students need social-emotional learning now more than they ever have. I have found it so helpful to take time each day to really focus in on a social skill or taking time to identify feelings and explore positive outlets for emotions. I have noticed that many of my students are connecting their feelings with these books that we have read, and are using them to help as they work to process their big feelings. John Jory does a phenomenal job making the concepts child friendly and fun and we appreciate your generosity in helping to make this project a reality!”

  • Kindergarten Goodies

    Funded Mar 29, 2023

This items that you so generously donated to our classroom have made a big impact! Firstly, the replacement toner has been utilized to create customized work for my students based on their needs, as well as for fun activities, such as when they "adopted" a baby chick! The gummy bears are a huge incentive to the students and have helped to create motivation and foster enthusiasm within the classroom. We appreciate your generosity so very much and are very thankful for your support of this very special kindergarten class!”

    With gratitude,

  • New Year, Fresh Start!

    Funded Jun 12, 2023

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your generosity. Thanks to your support, my students will have the necessary supplies for a strong, healthy and successful start to their school year. Although these materials may seem so basic and small, they make a huge difference! The multiple cleaning supplies will ensure that our classroom remains clean and organized. We sincerely appreciate your help in getting this project funded and making a difference in my students' education!”

  • We’re Hungry & Thirsty!

    Funded May 13, 2023

Thank you for your generous donation for the snacks, water, gatorade and juice. The students really enjoyed them. The water and gatorade was essential for our students learning after we were faced with a water crisis.

When the snacks arrived, the students thought it was Christmas. They were very excited and really enjoyed receiving the snacks when they came to class hungry. Also, I would use the snacks and juices as incentives for doing good and as rewards for achievement.

The students are eagerly waiting for me to submit another project to aid them during their time of hunger or as a reward system for doing their work.

Again we say thanks for all you do.”

    With gratitude,

  • Fun Recess!

    Funded May 9, 2023

This project was a huge success for our special learners and for all that got to play with our play items that was donated! We would like to thank our special donors who made this possible. The smiles and interactions while using the special games and balls created a community of friendships and bonds to make play time fun and safe.

We had a kindergarten student who was terrified of playing with others. He would stay with an adult most of his recess, holding the adult's hand. When our supervision team brought out the new "soft" balls, this student would be so afraid to ask someone to play with him. When I gave him an extra ball for him, other children asked him to play with his ball, and he felt instant love and wanted to share. He felt important and he was not scared of getting hurt because the ball was soft. Now, he rarely holds an adult's hands and he is playing with his kindergarten friends and laughing along the way. It was such a beautiful transformation of how he felt, just with that "soft ball."

Many other stories, like this, including a student with autism who had others approach him and teach him how to throw the ball. He now says he has friends. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR STUDENTS.”

  • Butterfly, Why?

    Funded Mar 22, 2023

Our caterpillars arrived a couple of weeks ago and we immediately and safely transported them into their new habitat. The students were enthralled by the size and physical characteristics of the larva, exclaiming in delight while carefully observing what they were doing. This is an incredible opportunity for us to learn hands on! They are incredibly excited to watch the metamorphosis of these insects and we are all sincerely grateful to you, the donors, for making this project come to life for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Rudzinski
