Funded Dec 1, 2024I am so grateful for the opportunity to bring word phonics and math skills alive in our classroom with your generous donations. The subscription that were purchased make learning fun, inviting, and exciting to all my students. I have put on the songs for the heggerty nursery rhymes and the sight words already and it had my students moving and grooving to the beats. The songs each have a different melody for learning and reinforcing the skills they need to be successful learners in the classroom! The catchy tunes are fantastic for my visual, kinesthetic, and auditory learners alike! It is amazing to see my class all participating while they are having fun learning at the same time. The best part is that they don't realize they are learning while they are having fun dancing and singing. I heard a group of the girls already singing and repeating the songs at the playground! This isn't just a tool to help my classroom, but a learning experience to help all my future students understand important phonics, math, and alphabet developmental concepts for lifelong learning!”

Staying Clean & Healthy
Funded Jan 20, 2025Thank you so much for helping us stay clean and healthy. The tissues came in the nick of time as many of my littles were suffering from a summer cold. Thelysol wipes also came in handy helping me clean up all the spills that we have with breakfast in the classroom.Kindergarten can be a little messy with all the activities we do but knowing that this handy mop is now accessible makes every spill not be such a disaster. The clear bins also were such a great addition to our cleaning supplies. They are all stored away and easily assessable ready for spills.
Thank you once again for your support!”

Funded Feb 1, 2025Thank you all for your generosity! My students absolutely love using the iPads. We use the iPads every day in class during center time. It has been especially helpful to help my struggling students get a little more practice.
The education games they play on the ipads have helped me meet all my students individual needs. The ipads have given my students additional practice of concepts they have learned in class in a fun way. Many students would actually choose to use the ipad games during their choice time as well.”

Holiday Fun
Funded Dec 3, 2024This holiday season was a special one, thanks to the generous donations made by you. We were able to put together and decorate the cardboard gingerbread houses, which excited the students so much! It was the perfect activity that all of them enjoyed regardless of any special needs. I was able to put together personalized stocking for each child, which also made their smiles light up from ear to ear. I want to express my gratitude for you to enable me the opportunity to be able to do these activities. Thank you so much!”

Funded Nov 4, 2024I knew these items would help support my students with their various sensory needs, but I did not expect the extent to which their needs would be met! The balance beam in particular is a huge favorite and is used multiple times throughout the day. One of my students adores the spinning chair. I want to thank you from the botttom of my heart for generously donating to this project and helping my special learners find safe ways to self soothe during the school day. You are so very much appreciated!”

Special Supplies for Special Kids
Funded Oct 23, 2024I was truly grateful for the sensory items that my students received through your donations. Sensory items are very important in special education classes, especially for my Autistic students.
Thank you for donating to my classroom. These kids come from difficult personal situations and every item in this project is much needed for their benefit in feeling safe and ultimately their education. I cannot thank you enough for your support and generosity. This will make a huge impact for them and their education.”

Cozy Couch!
Funded Sep 18, 2024We were so excited to have this project funded. We do many group activities and cooperative learning opportunities throughout our learning day. Students are constantly working in various parts of the classroom. Additionally, we conduct a daily fifteen minute segment of the day designated for independent reading. Having comfortable seating to conduct our important work on really upgrades our classroom! It also allows students with sensory needs to be able to relax comfortably when necessary. Without your support, this would not be possible. Thank you so much for making our classroom such a fun environment to learn in!”

Funded Sep 5, 2024Every Friday, we reward our students with a treat from the treasure chest as a reward for hard work and good behavior. My kids were beyond excited to get into the treasure chest this past Friday and absolutely couldn't believe their eyes when it opened up and the new prizes revealed! We did give them a sneak preview the week before and They each lingered, trying to decide which treat to choose, and even more motivated to earn another trip there next week. We just wanted to thank you for generously funding this project and bringing a smile to my kindergartners.”
