Help Students 3-d Print Their Imagination Into Reality!
Funded Aug 31, 2023Thank you so much for your support and believing in our makerspace! The students will really benefit from having the opportunity to create with the 3-D printer. We are eager for its arrival, and we can't wait to start using it. Donors like you make it possible for me to do my job effectively. Thank you for your contribution and making the world a better place!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Colorado Department of Education. My students “Wonder” if they will get to read “Wonder”
Funded Oct 5, 2020Thank you so much for the generous gift to my classroom. You have no idea how excited my 3rd graders were to get these books. They have loved reading this book and being able to follow along with me reading in their own copy.
At the beginning of the school year, our school was in-person learning. When the books arrived, boy were my students excited to each get a book! Unfortunately, in October, our school had to go on a 2 week quarantine, which meant e-learning. What was amazing is that every student could take home their book, and we continued to read during our meetings. We were able to come back to school in November to only go back to remote learning at the end of November through the end of December. Again, students were able to take their books home and we continued to read together. I loved that as I read, students could see the words, and for those students having computer issues, they could still participate. We are back to in-person learning, and are getting very close to finishing the book. My students ask me every day if I could read "just one chapter more"! That is a win right there for literacy!!!
This book has been so good for my kids. We have talked a lot about acceptance and bullying and many other issues that come up in this book. A few days ago, we read the part in the story where Daisy, the dog, passes away, and that brought such an amazing discussion for our class. Many kids shared about when their pet or loved one died, and I think it really brought us together as a class. Please know what an impact your donation has made to my class.”
