Classroom Supplies
Funded Aug 24, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom. The supplies you provided have helped to keep our classroom organized and fully stocked for all class activities.
Students use the highlighters, markers, and essential cleaning supplies on a weekly basis and appreciate that all resources are easily accessible in the classroom. The tower fan has come to our rescue in the hot Arizona temperatures on numerous occasions. It has been very much appreciated on hot days when the classroom AC doesn't seem to cut it.
Of course, the snacks and fun lights are their favorite part of the package because, well, who doesn't love a fun and friendly environment while they have a good snack and read a book. Many students have stated how grateful they are to have a snack chest in the classroom when they arrive to class after forgetting their breakfast or lunch at home.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Arizona Department of Education.Creativity & Crafting in English
Funded Apr 17, 2022The first project that I was able to complete with the machine was a senior gift for my AP Literature students. I made each of them a cup with their name, graduation year, and a symbol from a novel that we read this year in class. My students absolutely loved them and were so appreciative. They will have these cups as they continue on in their education and will be able to look back on their memories in AP Lit fondly.
In addition to the senior gifts, I was able to put labels up around my classroom and mark the doors in my hallway with teacher names. While these may seem like small projects, they all work toward making the classroom and hallway a more inviting and welcoming place for students.
As we embark on the new school year, I look forward to using the Cricut machine with my students for class projects. They will be able to use the machine for character projects, hallway spirit contests and more.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. McCormick
