Our school is a Title 1 school located in Scottsdale, AZ. Our students come from a diverse demographic background ethnically and economically. Our robotics team is a congress of students from grades 9th through 12th grade, with varied interests and skills. Most students have very little mechanical skills, and learning and using engineering technology excites their interest in STEM fields. Our goal is to show students that science, technology, and problem-solving are not only fun and rewarding, but are proven paths to successful careers. Students involved in these endeavors are significantly more likely to attend college, major in science or engineering, and be outstanding future employees and citizens.
