My students are mainly from the New Haven Public Schools district, however many are also from the surrounding towns and cities. They are all non-native French speakers and are dedicated, motivated, and eager to learn French. My school is a STEM magnet school with great emphasis on engineering, science and technology. Our students have the opportunity to learn and be fluent in French and Arabic as world languages. My students want to be proficient in French to communicate to the francophone world and be able to integrate their community as there are many French speaking communities within their circles.

About my class
