I work at a K-12, public, charter school. Parent support and collaboration is expected at our school. We are student centered and provide several outlets for the kids to participate and succeed by teaching the "whole" child. Our students get to attend P.E. every day of the week, in addition to music, Spanish, sign language, art, computer, and library classes throughout the week. My students are a diverse group of eager first graders. They are very excited to learn and be at school every day. I very seldom have any students absent or miss homework assignments.
