  • Playground Equipment for My First Grade Classroom

    I want you to know how much I appreciate your generosity. I am so excited to share this news with my class. I never told them that I was writing a grant for playground equipment, because I did not want them to be let down. (And I know that they would be asking me every morning for news and updates!) So, thank you for caring! Most people do not believe me when I tell them about our situation, but it is real. It's hard for me to accept, because I remember recess and gym from elementary school so fondly. That was always my favorite part of the day! Thank you for making this happen!! It means the world to me and will be so exciting for my kids!
