My pre-k students learn best with hands-on interactive learning materials that capture their attention and keep them engaged in their learning activity. When students enjoy a lesson and feel successful, they will want to try it again. The ink and cardstock will be used to create a variety of literacy and math activities for students, that I can change as they learn and grow. The laminating pouches will provide years of protection for these activities. The magnets, Velcro dots, labels, and stickers will be used to make the activities more interactive and enjoyable. The dry erase whiteboards will be used to practice writing during whole and small group times. The small pencils are the perfect size for our students as they practice writing.
My students will benefit from activities that will entice and motivate them to try their best.
Headphones will help my students focus on their lessons and stories, and alleviate distractions.
They work on lessons with their Chromebooks at the same time each day, and headphones will help keep their attention on what they are doing. I will use them over-the-door shoe shelves to store students' headphones in a safe place.
