• Magic Board Helps Students Growth

• Outdoor Learning Time

  Funded May 4, 2024

  My students and I would like to thank all donors for helping to fund our project "Outdoor Learning Time." We really appreciate your generosity and support in obtaining a Magnetic Learning Board.

  My Kindergarten students are having so much fun with their magnetic learning board that's on wheels. First, the fact that the board is on wheels makes it easy for the students to move the magnetic board around. They have taken it outside when the weather allows. The kids love how versatile the board is. They use magnetic letters to spell out their names or write sight words or they can use dry eraser markers on the other side of the board to draw pictures. This item has been just what my students need for fun in the class or outside. Thank you once again!”

• Colorful Learning

  Funded May 8, 2024

  My students and I would like to thank all donors for helping to fund our project "Colorful Learning." We really appreciate your generosity and support in obtaining a classroom set of "jumbo crayons" and individualized containers to keep them in.

  My Kindergarten students are putting the jumbo crayons to good use as they learn to trace, draw, and color. These are the many ways the crayons are helpful and the fact that they are big helps with developing the kids skills and coordination. The small individual containers are also helpful, as they keep the crayons separate from items in the pencil container, so both containers stay nice and tidy.

• Foundation Learning Board

  My students and I would like to thank all donors for helping to fund our project. We really appreciate your generosity and support in obtaining this Foundation Learning Board.

  My Kindergarten students are having so much fun with their miniature whiteboard that's on wheels. There are so many ways the students can use the whiteboard. They have used magnetic letters to write their name and spell words. They have used Dry Erase Markers to write words and to draw pictures. The kids LOVE the whiteboard.

• Kids Color and Draw

  Funded Mar 9, 2024

  My students and I would like to thank all of you for your generosity and support. The triangular crayons that we ordered has helped tremendously with the students fine motor skills.

  During the school year the students are given a box of 8 jumbo crayons. These crayons are fine but the triangular crayons are better for kids who are just starting to learn how to hold crayons or pencils. The triangular crayons are a great fit for their little hands and they help with the kid's grip on the crayons.

  The "crayon box container" is a big help because the kids get to separate their crayons from other materials that they keep in their "pencil box." The smaller crayon container keeps the crayons nice and neat.

• Sweet as Sugar

  This was such a fun project to carry out! I am not sure if I had more fun making them or the students had more watching and eating the cotton candy. I was able to talk about engineering and technology with my kindergarteners. It might have been a lot for my little humans to understand. At least I looked like the cool teacher for showing off the machine. It was so amazing to watch and hear some of these students see cotton candy being made for the first time. I don't know if the parents were upset that I fed their child sugar during school.

  I am so grateful for the opportunity to make Science so much more engaging and edible! Thank you so much for your generous donation and support.”

• Scientific Colors

  My students and I would like to thank all of the donors of this project for your kindness and generosity. We are both grateful and blessed to have supporters that believe in the foundation and fundamentals of education. Your support helps our kids get what they need to be successful in school. The project that you helped fund will help my kids with writing letters, words, numbers, and drawings. We are practicing writing and spelling our first and last names. By using dry eraser markers , the kids can easily self edit and make corrections when necessary. Once again, we thank you for your support.”

• Foundational Fun for All

  Thank you for your support and contribution to our project "Foundational Fun For All." Being in such a big school district, it's hard to find funding for new classroom furniture for students and teachers alike. Your support help with this faction.

  During the school year we are often short of desk and chairs for our students and getting new furniture becomes necessary. When there is a shortage of these things at the school, we as teachers and staff, have to make do with old and worn furniture.

  Your generosity help get a new teacher's chair that students look forward to sitting in "on their birthday!" So instead of the "teacher's chair," it has become known as the "Birthday Chair." Thank you for providing us with this much needed item.”

• Critter Clean Classroom

  Funded Aug 26, 2023

  Thank you for your support and contribution to our project "Critter Clean Classroom." This project has helped keep our classroom clean because our District is having a problem staffing people to keep our room clean. We purchased a very light, portable, cordless vacuum.

  I use it at the end of the day after my students leave for home. During the day, my students can help with the vacuum because it is so light. We keep our rug clean that the students use to sit on when I teach from the whiteboard. This has been a very helpful and handy tool to have in our classroom.”
