• Ocean Picker Upper Event

• Boxes and Binders for English Language Learners

  Funded Sep 19, 2024

  Thank you so much for your generous donation! With your help, we were able to provide binders to each student. This has helped their organization skills tremendously. We also received boxes from Lakeshore to help us organize all of our reading materials. Without organization in a classroom, it takes away from our learning time. Now that we have these things, our level of learning has increased and my students are excited to put away their items in a place they call their own space.

• Radiant Rug and More!

  Thank you so much for our beautiful smiley rug! I wish you could've seen their reactions to the rug on the first day I rolled it out. I had students laying on it and just wanting to spend all their time on the rug. It has definitely enhanced our classroom atmosphere and we thank you so much for your generous donation!

  The boxes are also being put to use everyday as the students use it during our reading time to organize all of their materials that include their anthologies and binders. This has helped my students to stay organized and have a spot for all of their things during this part of their day.

• Tool Boxes for English Language Learners Part 4

  Funded May 15, 2024

  Thank you so much for donating to our project. With your generous donation, our students received toolboxes for the first day of school! I was able to fill them with crayons, scissors, colored pencils, pencil sharpener, erasers, and more!

  Our school consists of a low socio-economic community and being able to provide them with these materials was a relief for them.

  The students are so excited to be able to have their own box with their own materials that they get to take as they travel from classroom to classroom.

• Our Reading Nook

  Thank you so much for donating to our reading nook! With your help, we were able to complete a whole side of our classroom to be a reading area. We had many books that did not have homes, and with your help we were able to gain two bookshelves to hold our books! We also purchased cushions so that my students can sit comfortably while reading. We also received new books that the students love reading! Now that we have gotten to the 2nd trimester, students have gained more interest in reading and this reading nook has become a necessity! The very soft rug is also a very homey touch and the students love to sit on it and touch it because it is so soft!

• Treasure Box Trinkets and TPT Gift Card

  Thank you so much for your donation to our project! With your donation, we were able to receive fidget toys and exciting things to fill our treasure box. The students are able to pick a prize every Friday and this is something they look forward to every week, so now that it is filled with exciting goodies, they are overjoyed!

  We were also able to receive a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers, which is a website to purchase activities made by other teachers! This comes in handy when I am looking for fun and exciting activities for the season, or even when I am looking to find handy tools or worksheets for those that need extra help. With the seasons in full swing, this is a time that I use the website to look for meaningful activities with my students. Thank you so much for providing your donation so that our class could have access to this website.

• Look At Our Fabulous Work!

  Funded Jun 30, 2023

  Thank you so much for donating to our project! In this project we were able to receive a rolling cart, Better than Paper backing for our bulletin boards, and gold push pins! These items have made our writing wall look fabulous! It has also helped us to organize the space that we have in our classroom so that it is not cluttered nor a mess.

  The students noticed the gold push pins right away and they love how it stands out compared to our paper clips we were using before. They were ecstatic to see it and they all showed it off to their families during our Back to School Night.

  These items have definitely upgraded our classroom to make it look inviting and special for the students. Thank you so much! Your donation is truly appreciated in our room!”
