  • Fun Learning Using Headphones

    Funded Apr 13, 2023

Thank you so much for your kindness. My students and I are very grateful for your support. My students were super-excited to use their headsets while they go to different workstations that support their literacy skills. Thank you!

My scholars are extremely grateful and happy for your generosity! They love going to reading workstations and using the headsets to listen to reading stories and as well as be able to record their voices when they are reading. They love to listen to their reading!

Your generosity is such a great example for my students. They couldn't believe people who they never met cared about them and wanted to help them be successful.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Martinez

  • Workstations for Dual Language Kindergarten Scholars

    Funded Oct 19, 2022

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. We are truly grateful for your support. My students were super-excited to have new materials and work in new workstations that support their literacy skills. Kindergarten is the foundation to reading and we are very appreciative to have these resources. Thank you!

My scholars are extremely grateful for your generosity! They love going to reading workstations and using the whiteboards to write and learn new words. While reading, they love using the reading tracker to guide them. These materials have helped the students be able to be engaged in their learning.

  • Integrating Technology Into Math

    Funded Oct 10, 2014

Thank you so very much for your wonderful donation to our classroom. My students just LOVE those ipads! We use them every day! I have already seen a difference in their test scores and I know it's because they get to practice in a way that is fun and interesting to them. We know this generation is one of digital learners and that's what I've found is a great way to reach them.

We are so grateful to have this technology to help us improve our skills. My students are bilingual, so any extra practice they can get with their vocabulary is a great thing!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Martinez

I teach a bilingual, math class in 3rd Grade. My students struggle with the vocabulary particularly in math and science in English. We have a high population of students who are at-risk as well. We are a magnet school and many students choose to attend at our campus. Often, we work with the same families again and again as their siblings attend. Our students love to learn in different ways. They like moving around with hands-on activities, they like listening to literature read aloud, and they love using digital resources to supplement their lessons.
