I team teach with another 4th grade teacher. We are a Title One school in which over 80% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Some of our parents are unable to provide above basic classroom supplies for their children. Many of our students lack a simple book at home for nightly reading. Our students are a group of vibrant 4th graders who have a thirst for learning. They have big ambitions and need help staying excited about school in order to achieve their dreams. We are requesting 28 copies of a magazine that will help supplement math and science concepts in a real world application in a colorful and engaging way.
