The materials I chose for my project will be used in small groups to help expand the students' vocabulary. The structured groups will be lead by me or one of my paraprofessionals. With the playhouse, we will encourage cooperative play as we set up the house and place all furniture in the correct rooms. We will use the sand/water table to promote physical development. Students will dig, pour and scoop using their hand-eye coordination and small muscle control as they learn to manipulate water/sand accessories. By donating to our project, you will be helping my preschool students improve their communication and motor skills which will ultimately increase their academic progress and social skills.
