New Year - New Furniture and Supplies!
Funded Aug 25, 2022Thank you ever so much for your generous and kind donation!
The classroom furniture and supplies have helped me give my students a space where they can sit on the chairs and have an area space when they are reading by giving them the access to a space that grants them the opportunity to self-regulate their productivity. Furthermore, the furniture and supplies such as the bulletin boards, storage boxes and bins, easel board, etc., has given us tools by helping with organization and routines run smoothly in our classroom.”

New Year, New School Supplies!
Funded Nov 10, 2021Thank you ever so much for your generous and kind donations.
Students in my classroom now enjoy learning while playing together. The new resources and materials provided helped my students with hands on learning to grow academically in math, reading, and in daily life skills that are very important for them. My students now love to work in small groups or with partners and are able to partner read or play language arts and math games with partners at the table, while I am able to provide individualized, small group or whole group instruction and meet the needs and accommodations of my diverse learners.
These materials and tools also helped with organization and routines run smoothly and has helped my visual learners in my classroom! The valuable manipulatives are used every day this year in our classroom that students love to work together and collaborate with a partner or small groups during centers rotations time.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make this happen!”

Funded Dec 25, 2013theywhoThank you for the colorful carpet, whiteboards, and stereo donations for our classrooms. We greatly appreciate the contributions all of you made for our classroom because it has greatly impacted our classroom community of learners. The colorful carpet has transformed our sterile classroom before into a warm and cozy place to learn once the carpet was placed. It has become a focal point for our classroom for my students to be at a comfortable place for them to gather for our instruction. In addition, the carpet is a place where children can sit, listen, talk and build connections.
The whiteboards are great teaching tools have also impacted our classroom of learners by actively engaging every single student in my classroom in my lessons and know exactly whoâÂÂs grasping the concepts and who is not. I use them in whole group instruction, small guided groups and learning centers in my classroom. Students love them because theyâÂÂre fun. Mistakes made during guided practice can be easily brushed away. By using dry erase boards it has also saved us paper and significantly reduced the stack of work I take home to grade.
Last but not least the stereo has enhanced early literacy skills by motivating my students to learn. It is a valuable strategy, tool, and technique for helping emergent readers/writers acquire essential language skills by using songs in my lessons. it is an Innovative way to engage students in the joy of reading/writing through sounds and songs, rhymes and rhythm. Thank you again for all the valuable assets you donated to our classroom that were definitely great tools and resources for me to use to teach my community of learners.”
