My school is located in East New York Brooklyn, which is an area with a very high poverty rate. This is a new school, with a new vision and mission that will develop strong writers, readers, communicators and respectful individuals for our future. With limited resources, we are in desperate need of materials to strengthen the children's development and move them up. In a classroom of 18 children, we don't have the necessary materials to challenge each child in the developmental domain.

About my class
