  • Snack Time

    Funded Oct 31, 2024

The students were very excited when the snacks arrived. Some students run late in the morning and will miss breakfast. It is very difficult to learn when you are hungry. The students know where the snack box and juice are located and can help themselves in the morning and sometimes for a quick pick me up in the afternoon.

The students love the different choices that were included in this project. They know the snacks are for everyone in the class and love that this is an option for them and also share with other students. I have heard them sharing that we have snacks in the room if they have missed breakfast.

Thank you again for funding my snack project.”

Thank you for funding this project. It has been wonderful to have a classroom laminator and sheets. This has given me the opportunity to create math games and centers for the students to use to practice math skills and to have different math games for the different math levels in the classroom

I'm able to laminate the math games the students are able to use dry erase makers and who doesn't love using markers. The games are also more durable and can be used numerous times. Thank you again for your generous donation it has made this year began much smoother.”

  • Time to Re-stock!

    Funded Nov 12, 2023

Thank you for funding this project. I love having all and any supplies my students need to help them succeed. The students use the notebooks as their morning journal to record a good thing that they would love to share.

The student also know that if they don't have the needed materials that the classroom is well stocked and are able to get what they need. They love seeing when I tell them have had a project funded. In first grade we use a lot of glue, paper and chart paper.

I have used the chart paper to make anchor charts for the students to use as a learning resource and the copy paper and laminating sheets to make math games to use during small group learning.”
