    Thank you for the prizes for the Cardinal Store. My students loved opening the boxes and seeing all the prizes they would get to purchase with their Cardinal Cash. Every time we pulled something out of the box you would hear, "Oohhh, I want that!" or "I'm saving up for that!" The room was just full of excitement.

    My students love shopping at the Cardinal Store as a reward. These rewards help keep the students motivated and doing their best. Your support is really appreciated, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

    Thank you so much for donating to our classroom. These headphones are helping the students stay focused and pay attention to our lessons. It is much easier to hear the lessons that are played on the computer and not get distracted by others computers. Best of all they are helping keep the noise level to a minimum in the classroom.

  • WOBBLE While You Work

    Thank you so much for funding my project. My students are using the KORE Wobble Chairs throughout the day either at their desks or at small group instruction. I even use one of the chairs myself during whole group instruction while I'm writing on the easel. These chairs are amazing!

    When the chairs came in the students loved opening the boxes and helping put the chairs together. It was a privilege and honor to be one of the first students to use the chairs.

We are a Title 1 school. The students come from a very diverse cultural and socioeconomic background. The students take pride in doing their best. This class is very kind and considerate of others. They love sharing their experiences with each other. Our school has adopted "Action Based Learning" which is a program that believes students should be moving while they are learning. Research has shown that adding movement to the classroom helps students grow new brain cells. The students remember more, have better focus, and a healthier brain and body.

About my class
