Math with Buddies!
Funded Nov 11, 2023We are so grateful for your generous support of our project, Math with Buddies! Thanks to you, our students now have access to engaging and interactive math games that make learning fun, collaborative, and meaningful.
These games are more than just activities—they are opportunities for students to strengthen their problem-solving skills, build confidence in math, and develop positive relationships with their peers through shared learning experiences. Your generosity is helping us create a classroom environment where students see math as an exciting challenge rather than a task.
Thank you for investing in our students and their love for learning. Your support is making a lasting impact!”

Funded Mar 27, 2024On behalf of our students and educators, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of our project, Mighty Mathematicians: Creating Math Journals. Your contribution is making a direct impact by providing our young learners with the tools they need to deepen their mathematical understanding and build confidence in their skills.
With your help, our students have created notebooks where they have anchor charts to help stamp their learning and where they engage in meaningful math journaling, allowing them to reflect on their learning, develop problem-solving strategies, and strengthen their mathematical thinking in ways that will serve them well beyond the classroom. Your generosity is not just funding supplies, it's fueling a love of learning and empowering the next generation of mathematicians.
Thank you for believing in our students and supporting their growth. We appreciate you!”

Mr. Bellamy
Take What You Need Station
Funded Aug 16, 2023Each day we welcome our students in to the building from all parts of the city. We know that students come from homes with different circumstances where many of their immediate and personal needs may not be met. Through your support, I created a Take What You Need Station where students are able to take items that they will need for their personal care. The station allows students to access lip balm, body wipes, deodorant, soap, toothpaste and lotion. I have also added items such as pencils and socks.
Thank you for providing some of the items that we generally take for granted but are very important. Your support is making a difference daily.”

Count on Me! First Grade Math Manipulative Kits!
Funded May 20, 2023Jung, Brown, Karp (2014) state that when students are able to explore mathematics with manipulatives, they have a higher percentage of mastering number sense and will gain more knowledge from utilizing the materials. Manipulatives help students visualize and manipulate mathematical concepts.
Because of your generosity, our small group students have the opportunity to learn using math manipulatives. The Individual Hands-On Math Kits are helping our students build their number sense and math esteem.
Thank you so much for your investment into our students.”
