I teach third grade in a suburban school district with 26 students. My students feel success at many different levels. I have many types of learners in my classroom ranging from below average to above average like a typical classroom. Our school has been able to include STEM as a daily subject in our classes. We would love to have hands on materials to actively engage in our STEM learning opportunities. We are lacking materials for engineering. Lakeshore has partnered with Donors Choose to match donations to give classrooms STEM bundle kits and additional STEM supplies. STEM is a part of our day that students look forward to learning about Science, Technology, Engineering, and applying Math skills. The activities are fun and hands on and the students enjoy working as teams while learning.
