Preparing to Launch in Middle School!
Funded Sep 3, 2023Thank you so much for your generosity in funding this project for my students. The COVID-19 pandemic impacted students in so many ways. The materials that you have helped me get for my students will help them with their social-emotional needs, allowing for fun and connection while building essential skills that are needed to catch up to grade level standards in both literacy and math. Thank you!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Colorado Department of Education.Inspiring Literacy Through Listening Centers!
Funded Dec 23, 2008Thank you so much for your incredibly generosity! I am very excited that this project was funded so quickly! It means our classroom will receive these books on tape and personal cassette players with many months left in the school year to use and enjoy them! My students will be thrilled when they see these new tools for learning! The students who have been struggling with reading will benefit the most from this project because they will be able to work independently and at their own pace with books that they enjoy reading. By listening to fluent reading and following along their sight word recognition will increase and they will start being more confident with reading. I can't wait to start using these books on tape with my students and to see the progress they will make in reading fluency! Thank you for helping make this project a reality and for helping support my students! My first graders will experience more success with reading this year thanks to your generosity”

Creating Math Masters Through Daily Routine
Funded Apr 15, 2008Thank you so much for helping fund this important set of math manipulatives for my classroom! I think you all realize how difficult it is for young children to learn basic math skills when they do not receive the necessary support at home. This math center is so cool and I can't wait to start using it with my students. It includes things to do interactive daily practice with a calendar, money, place value, clock, and most basic math skills. Thank you so much for helping make learning math a little easier and more hands-on (and fun!) for the students in my room this year and the years to come”
