Incentives for Student Competition
Funded May 23, 2023On behalf of our whole school community, I am writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of Amazon gift cards as prizes for our first-ever hosted robotics competition. Your support has made a significant impact on the success of the event and the experiences of the participating students.
The energy and excitement that filled the packed gymnasium were truly remarkable. Witnessing the students' enthusiasm as their self-designed machines competed was inspiring. Your contribution not only motivated them to push their limits but also rewarded their hard work and dedication. The Amazon gift cards served as a tangible recognition of their achievements, further igniting their passion for robotics and technology. Your generosity has not only fostered a sense of accomplishment but also inspired them to continue pursuing their dreams in this field.
Once again, we express our deepest gratitude for your support and belief in our mission. Your donation has made a lasting impact on the lives of these aspiring young engineers and has given them memories that will stay with them as they embark on their future endeavors.
Thank you once again for your generosity.”
With gratitude,

Giving Shape to Ideas
Funded Mar 9, 2023As we have practiced and learned to manipulate three-dimensional design ideas using Fusion 360 and our 3D printer, we have undoubtedly grown in a multitude of ways. Firstly, we have honed our problem-solving skills as we encountered and overcame various obstacles throughout the design and printing process. Whether it was adjusting a design to make it printable or troubleshooting issues with the printer itself, we have learned how to think creatively and critically to solve problems and achieve our goals.
Furthermore, we have developed our spatial reasoning abilities as we worked with three-dimensional designs. As we visualized, created, and manipulated objects in a 3D space, we have strengthened our ability to understand and navigate physical space. This skill is not only valuable in the realm of design and printing, but it can also have benefits in other areas of our lives, such as navigating unfamiliar environments or understanding technical diagrams and schematics.
Finally, by practicing and learning to manipulate three-dimensional design ideas, we have developed a sense of pride and accomplishment in our work. Seeing our designs come to life through the printing process and holding a physical object that we created can be incredibly rewarding and validating. This sense of accomplishment can boost our confidence and motivate us to continue exploring and learning in the realm of design and technology.”
