  • Read and Relax

    I just want to say Thank You! As you can see, my little learners are loving sitting at the floor table that, without your generosity they would never be able to do.

    They were so surprised when we opened the box together. It was like an early Christmas present! My students even helped me with putting the table together.

    The floor table is always the first place my students want to go during independent activities and I feel so blessed that there are caring people like you who donate to our school.”

  • Learning Should Always Be Fun!

    When the learning games that you funded were delivered to our classroom, the students were eager to open them and get started right away! My third grade students loved all the learning games that your donations provided.

    It gave them many hours of opportunities to practice the reading skills that they were required to learn through the state standards. More importantly the games gave them a fun way to interact with the reading games while practicing social skills with each other.

  • Comfy Floor Seats

    Dear donors I just want to say thank you so much for the comfy floor chairs for my third grade students. You would not believe the impact that they are having in my classroom. Every day my students asked to go sit there to read independently. The comfy floor chairs are so motivating that my students that's the first place that my students asked to go in the mornings during independent reading time.   • Relax and Read!

    Your generous donation to my classroom project has allowed my students to have a special place to sit as an alternative to sitting at their desks all day. The ottoman is the perfect height for my students to use at a table I have set up in a corner of my room for a workstation. The tear-shaped beanbag is also a perfect addition to my library area. My students love to sit and relax while reading a good book.

    My students were so excited the day the boxes arrived as they watched me open them. They were so full of joy! I even showed them how to properly sit on them as I read a book aloud to them. They just can't believe someone would be so generous as to donate to our classroom!

    Each day when my students are allowed to move somewhere around the room to sit, the ottoman and beanbag chair is always their first pick.”

  • STEM Creators Need Activities

    Thank you so very much for donating to our classroom. The impact has had a lasting effect on my students. My students use the learning materials to work together to build something.

    The learning resources have been valuable to my students in many ways. They have helped build my students' confidence and self-esteem as they persevere to build and construct with the pieces from each set. They are able to create endless combinations of gears that turn with the Robot Factory Building Set, and marbles that find their way to the bottom of the Mega Marble Run.

    When my students first saw the learning materials they were so surprised to find out that someone so kind and generous donated to our classroom and that they are able to build something with their friends that is fun and educational at the same time.

    Not only this year's students but for years to come my students will be able to think creatively about how the gears and pieces work together. All three learning resources help them build early STEM skills.”

The Elmo visual presenter will make distance learning possible in my classroom as we navigate this new way of continuing education for my students no matter where we are. It will make my classroom much more productive by allowing me to project basically anything for all students to see. The Elmo will be used most of the day during whole group instruction as well as during distance learning. The Elmo will make learning exciting and more interactive for my students while allowing them to see whatever is being projected in class. It may be a science project that we are learning or an inspiring paper written by one of my students. They will take more pride in their work knowing they will be able to show it off! I will also use the Elmo Document Camera with Zoom and Google Meet while conferencing with parents and teaching my students online in my Google Classroom. As you can see the Elmo Visual Camera is a necessary tool for the twenty-first century classroom!
