Hi! I teach students visual art for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade at a rather large inner city school. The majority of children who attend live in poverty and are on free or reduced lunch. They are excited to start the school year and I am excited to see them create art! Unfortunately, a lot of these children have not been exposed to the multiple mediums and conceptual thinking that art provides. In order to enhance their learning experience we need so many supplies! We are currently working with a few containers of used markers, a few scissors, as well as a container of glue. I would be so appreciative for any donations at all for the school year so that the students can experement,create, and learn so much more!
